Corrrect 20/37mm AA Guns for Bismarck

Hello to everyone, I am a new member, long time modeller and currently I am in the market for 1/350 metal barrels ( from main armament to 20mm AA guns) for 1/350 scale Bismarck, Tirpitz, Prinz Eugen, Graf Spee and Scharnhorst.

After some research I decided to go with Master Model metal barrels for all those ship models.

I need your advice regarding the right choice of 20mm and 37mm AA Guns for above listed ships.

Master Model offers two versions of 20mm AA guns:
SM-350-047 German 20mm/65 C/30 barrels (early type)
SM-350-048 German 20mm/65 C/38 barrels (late type)

Also Master Model offers two versions of 37mm AA guns:
SM-350-045 German 37mm/83 SK C/30 barrels (20pcs)
SM-350-046 German 37mm/69 M42 barrels (20pcs)

Please, advise which type of those 20mm and 37mm AA Guns are the correct choice for:

Bismarck
Tirpitz
Prinz Eugen
Graf Spee
Scharnhorst

re. 20 mm, C/30 were replaced with C/38 in 1941.
re. 37 mm, C/30 were present on board until 1944.

Therefore, answer to your question depends on exact date on which you want to model your ships.
