EMDEN

Post by peabeau »

Hi all. Just new on this site and not really a naval man. Doing research on we suspected is a 52 mm Deck Gun that we have in our collection. Nobody around here has any idea how we obtained it or why its here because I work in the Australian Armoured Corps Tank Museum. (Australian Light Horse Memorial and Army Tank Museum). The gun is of Krupp manufacture from about 1905. The markings are German with maybe a little Dutch mixed in. If anybody could help me, it would be greatly appreciated, especially if you have photos of one.
Regards
Peter

Try looking at the following for more information

Also if you could post some pictures of the gun, and close up of markings, I am sure someone on here could help identify the gun.
