Hi All
Can anyone tell me the type Japanese helmet that anti-aircraft gunners wore?
Thank You Jim
JAPANESE NAVAL HELMETS
Re: JAPANESE NAVAL HELMETS
The standard naval helmet was the type92 steel 'tetsubo'. This was the same helmet used by the army and differed mainly in having an anchor device on the front instead of the army star.
Their shoulders held the sky suspended;
They stood and Earth's foundations stay;
What God abandoned these defended;
And saved the sum of things for pay.
