Ten years ago I used to be able to just type in what I wanted to find and I had a good chance of finding it. Now I have to think about just how to word the querry to get it. It's only been the last year or two that I've learned the google trick of putting "picture in front" of what you wanted. It also works with lyrics and music and books if you are so inclined.
