Hi all
I recently bought the detailing PE set for the Heller Lützow and I’m having a doubt on the assembly of the FuMO22 radar.
Is the back side grill (antenna screen) assembled upon the rear framework and the antenna framework upon the back side grill, is it the other way around or is the screen to be discarded when using the frame with the transmetter/receivers?
I tried emailing Tom but I have yet received no reply.
Can someone help.
Thanks
João Rodrigues

Hi Antonio
bellow is a drawing of Tom's instructions
I know that 1 (rear framework) is glued to the plastic structure in the kit.
My doubt is if the antenna framework (2) is glued in front of 1 and then the antenna screen (3) glued to the antenna framework (2) with the receivers (4) glued on top of 3.
The assembly order would be as showned by the drawing - 1, 2, 3, 4.
Hope I'm clearer now.
Thanks again

Lutzow Radar
Ciao Joao and all,
OK I see it now, thanks.
I will be sending you by e-mail the instructions for the FuMo 22 radar set of Scharnhorst by TOM' s modelwork.
It shows how to assembly the radar FuMo 22 ( common between Scharnhorst and Lutzow ), with frame ( your 1 ), the back grill ( your 3 ), the face grill ( your 2 ) and the dipoles to be bent ( your 4 ) and glued on top of 2.
I have some close photos of Scharnhorst and Gneisenau FuMo 22 radar set so I can support you with those as well.
Hope this will fit your needs my friend, they are on the way to you now.
Maybe this can help you too to see the Radar frames, ....
