How can that happen to our Man at NARA? : “I just returned from a trip to Germany doing photo research for a history of "U 515," while there I picked up a recent book ed. by Karsten Vilm, Schlachtschiff BISMARCK/ Schlachtschiff TIRPITZ. Bauvorschrift für den Schiffskörper (part of a new series, Dokumente zur deutschen Marinegeschichte Bd. 1; Norderstedt: Books on Demand GmbH, 2006). The book is a publication of the November 1936 Ausgabe of the Bauvorschrift, and seems to have two ISBN numbers:
ISBN -10: 3-8334-5483-0 and ISBN-13: 978-3-8334-5483-7. The price is 29,90 Euros. Wede Buchhandlung in Hamburg has it for sale.
