Here you can read, when the divisions were out of the frontline for refresh and there strenghts at given dates.

By the way the 1. Hermann Göring was never a elite Division from fighting power.
SS 9 fought in Ukraine until April 1944, suffering crippling losses. It was taken out of the battlefield and sent to refit. They were sent to Normandy only after D-Day, on June 12th.

SS 12 Hitlerjugend was the division of the young boys.

2nd SS Das Reich was under refit in southern France from March 1944.
