Hi all.
I'm trying to gather information about the 1938 tests of the 38cm S.K. L/45 gun. As far as I know, although no more used as coastal artillery (as other WW1 vintage guns) the old 38cm gun was tested in 1938 to compare its performance to the new 38cm S.K. C/34 naval guns.
I'm interested in knowing what the armour penetration performances registered from the test were and what kind of ammunition was used.
Thanks in advance for your attention,
Amedeo
