Thanks for the quick clean up and all the other admin work

Post by lwd »

Most of us probably never saw it. I'd have missed it if I checked a couple minutes later but a spammer posted a bunch of messages to the board this morning. I saw one reported checked another and after reporting it noticed all of them were gone. So Admins thanks for keeping htis board clean and readable and for all the other headaches and work necessary to keep it going.

Thanks and Happy Hollidays all.

There are actually many things that go unnoticed to most of you but take place here. Software upgrades, splitting and merging threads that go off topic or have already been covered before, dealing with trolls, etc, etc.

It would also help if some users could stop those stupid exchanges and endless replies that usually make things worst for me to monitor and could be solved off-line via PM without hijacking entire threads. Every time I have to read through pages and pages of off topic disputes my job is made much more difficult and the time I spend monitoring all that is time I can't spend doing other things.

point taken as I'm one of the guilty parties. I'll try to take it to PM faster. Karl and I cleared up a couple issue recently because he took the initiative to PM me.

Thanks again and sorry for the trouble.

Yeah, mea culpa. Sorry.
