I can't. Actually, I was expecting you guys could help me identify the men in the photo. We couldn't identify them all but I think we didn't do that bad. So far things look like this:

1. Fregattenkapitän Karl Jesko von Puttkamer.
2. ?
3. Kapitän zur See Harald Netzbandt.
4. Admiral Günther Lütjens.
5. ?
6. Adolf Hitler.
7. Generalfeldmarschall Wilhelm Keitel.
8. Kapitän zur See Ernst Lindemann.
9. ?
10. ?
11. ?
12. ?

Ribbentrop is not there.

…talking about von Puttkamer, did you know that he was the commander of destroyer Z10 Hans Lody from September 1938 to August 1939?

No. Raeder was absent during Hitler's visit.

However, the following two individuals were present that day and perhaps someone can idetify them:

Hitler's Naval adjutant Fregattenkapitän Karl Jesko von Puttkamer (1900-1981).

Hitler's Luftwaffe adjutant Oberst Nicolaus von Below (1907-1983).
I know this is a *very old topic, but I believe Von Puttkamer had recently been promoted to the rank of Kapitän zur See and was no longer a Fregattenkapitän at the time of this visit to Bismarck in May 1941. If anyone has the Baron's book handy, does he mention VP's rank? Or is there another reliable source for this? Thanks.
