Another tidbit after reading through some of my period references on RN 1914 armor penetration trials and range tables for the 9.2-in Mk X gun: The 9.2-in MK X firing a Hadfield Mk IV cast steel APC at a MV of 2,750 f/s would have to be within 9,000 yds in order to be able to penetrate 6-in FH armo...
