Both sides would take a battering from land based aircraft. We could see a lot more damage but it depends on who can put more aircraft into the sky more quickly.

The implacables were completed in 42 but commissioned in 44 could we have them in say late 42 to combat the loss of the usn carriers in the atlantic?

who would win this battle. The Soviets or the KM? The Soviet BB from what i found out had 15 inch guns in double turrets vs the Bismarck's 15 inch guns.

The Germans would not be in the pacific but the Baltic,Artic/ north Atlantic, hunting the soviets/ using bismarck/tirpitz as fire support ships for the panzer armies.

Not as heavy as Bismarck.Although i would of loved to see her vs Bismarck or Tirpitz now that would be a battle.

It was indomitable that was supposed to be with them but as it is mentioned above she was damaged. Phillips was a fool to think that a single BB and BC along with four destroyers could stop them.
