I'd have rather seen one of the first "all big gun" ships saved. Dreadnought was the first launched, but not the first laid down. Jackie basically pulled a stunt to save Great Britain's mojo.

It was shot by a junior sailor apparently. Full history unknown at this time. I have a request in to the Navy Department Library for more info. Glenn will get back to me as time allows.
