What would happen would depend on the Party's rules. I don't think it's ever happened but as lawyers are involved I'm sure there a clause in there somewhere. Anybody have a Lawyer-English/English-Lawyer dictionary?

On a Windjammer cruise in the Caribbean "a few years ago" I got to the top of the main mast and spotted the ship we were going to meet for a beach party. I saw a man waving at me, apparently standing on the ocean. As we got closer I saw he was in the same I was, albeit on a smaller ship.

The winds along the West Indies are generally WNW. Then the prevailing winds tend to go north along the North American coast. The wind then go eastward toward Europe. UPDATE: The last time I was on a surface combatant with torpedo tubes, c. 1977, the torpedoes were launched with compressed air. These "air slugs" didn't give any clue there had been a launch. EVIL NCO: I once told a striker to standby on the port side with they were testing the starboard ...

Anybody know of a good analysis of Arizona's cataclysmic explosion? Did the US Parks Service do any such or did they just survey the wreckage?
