Add my vote to the list for USN Enterprise CV6. Greatest combat record in WWII. Fought in more battles, destroyed more shipping, shot down more aircraft. Served as front line warship from the beginning until knocked out by a kamikaze in May, 1945. Was ready to come back for more when the war ended. ...
